AUDIO DOCMENTARY: Sentimental Journey

Sentimental Journey is a audio documentary about my grandfather, Private First Class John Gallagher Sr. He was fresh out of basic training was sent to west Germany. Private Gallagher arrived on the frontline in December 1944 just as the Germans did a sneak attack, which we now know as the battle of the bulge. This story follows his life from before the war, to being rescued, and coming home to post-war America. Role: Producer/Editor

No Ordinary Lawsuit is a podcast series that follows 21 young Americans who are suing the federal government in a landmark constitutional case, Juliana v. US. The podcast takes listeners behind the scenes of the trial and bring to life the stories of the young plaintiffs’ fight to reverse the course of climate change. Role: Producer/Editor

KANDAHAR JOURNALS is a the story of a photojournalist who reflects on the events behind his psychological transformation after covering frontline combat in Kandahar, Afghanistan from 2006 to 2010. The film was screened internationally, won several awards, and had a national broadcast on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). FEATURE FILM DOCUMENTARY: Married in Spandex

Married in Spandex is a feature documentary film about a young lesbian couple who traveled from Philadelphia to Ames, Iowa to get married by gold lamé devotee and lady rapper Leslie Hall. While the couple begins the trip as a wacky adventure for themselves and their friends, it quickly becomes a family affair in an unfamiliar state. The film screened internationally, won several awards, and was initially released on Hulu and Amazon. Role: Producer/Co-Director/2nd Editor
